Vital Empath was born in August 2021.  I gave birth a few months prior and was battling postpartum depression.  Through my struggles, I felt compelled to help other mothers who were going through the same thing. I began studying to become a certified Postpartum Doula. While practicing, I realized that postpartum depression, while very important in itself, was a result of a much bigger epidemic plaguing people of both genders, all races, ethnicities and ages. It became clear to me that mental health spanned far beyond what traditional therapy touched. I began to dive deeper into self awareness, adverse childhood experience and trauma. 

I am here today as an individual still on the journey. On the path to certification as a master life coach, I stumbled,  failed,  cried even decided to give up. It was not easy trying to resolve issues and reprogram my thinking.

Let's go outside of the norm.  There is a depth to self awareness that most of us have yet to discover. It is not always comfortable and sometimes hard to accept but it is a necessary part of our journey. You are the master. I am here to serve as a guide with compassion and truth.

 While I too am still a work in progress, I am dedicated to walking alongside you as you take your first step on your own path. Whether it's personal, work related, family, health etc.  I approach coaching in a holistic way. I strongly believe that not only are we all connected, but we all have the power to change the course of our lives for the better.  Let's walk!
